Let me be your Family Nurse! $40-$50 PER VISIT, NOT PER HOUR. I'm a RN looking to offer professional nursing visits at your home in Ocean/Mon Counties. Take the worry and wonder out of your day! Some services I offer but are not limited to are: Monitoring vital signs and any adverse reactions, Blood glucose monitoring, urinary catheter care, colostomy care, tube feedings, pill box refills, call in for prescription refills and pick ups, wound care, education on nutrition and disease processes, oxygen therapy, call for referrals, arrange dr appts, medication administrations & injections, detailed nursing notes left in home for family, & MORE !. > Let me just be a phone call away if you have any questions or concerns after hours. I will even make a drive out if necessary! > I've been an RN for 6 year with a clean active NJ RN license and CPR certified. Let's work together and discuss the needs of you or your family member to provide them with the best and safest care in your home.
